ABOUT FRANK KUSH

Sometimes mere cold numbers really tell the story. Over 22 seasons as the Arizona State football coach, Frank Kush ran up a record of 176-54-1. He took over what basically was a small-college program in 1958 and turned it into a regular top-20 team by the 1970s. READ MORE >>

Unfortunately Coach Kush passed away on June 22nd 2017. Donations can be made out to The Frank Kush Youth Foundation and mailed to the Foundation at 2177 E Warner Rd #102 Tempe, AZ 85284. Donation checks can also be taken to any Landings Credit Union office and deposited. The Foundation and the Kush Family thank you.

With the passing of Coach Frank Kush, his son Dan Kush will become Chairman of the Frank Kush Youth Foundation. Board member Ed Durham, MBA will become President and Andy Dzurinko, CLU will become President Emeritus on the Board.

2019 Frank Kush Foot Race

The 2019 Frank Kush Foot Race The 28th anniversary of the Frank Kush Youth Foundation Run will take place Saturday, October 12th. For the past 8 years the run has been associated with Tempe Sister Cities (TSC) and the annual Four Peaks Oktoberfest. The 28th edition will remain on Four Peaks Oktoberfest weekend (10/11 - 10-13) at Tempe Beach Park. Dare To Run In Your Lederhosen or Dirndl!

Distances of 5km run/walk, 10km run and 1 Mile run/walk will grace a scenic course around Tempe Town Lake. As always, serious runners, beginners, walkers, kids and kids in strollers are encouraged to participate.
